CASTY S.A. has received approval for the execution of the Research and Development project with the title “DEVELOPMENT OF NEW STABLE AND HEALTHY CREAMS FOR ICE PASTRY” and file number IDI-20180708, through the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), a project co-financed by the European Union and CDTI through the Pluri-regional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020.
The overall objective pursued is to develop new recipes with a mixture that achieves optimal stability, texture and flavor, as well as a reduced amount of fat and sugar and without the presence of eggs.
The project is being developed at the Talavera La Nueva (Toledo).
